StoreMap Pro helps Shopify merchants display store locator pages. This policy explains what data the app processes and how merchants can request deletion.

Data We Process

• Shop domain, installation status, billing plan, and Shopify OAuth token.
• Merchant-created store location data such as names, addresses, coordinates, phone numbers, websites, filters, and business hours.
• Locator usage analytics such as search terms, result counts, location clicks, directions clicks, and selected filters.
• Integration settings such as encrypted Google Maps server keys and browser keys entered by the merchant.

Customer Data

The app does not require Shopify customer records, orders, or product data. Storefront analytics are used to improve locator performance and do not require customer accounts.

Google Maps

Merchants provide their own Google Maps API keys. Google Maps usage is governed by the merchant's Google Cloud account and Google's applicable terms.

Data Sharing

We do not sell merchant data. Data may be processed by hosting, database, monitoring, and infrastructure providers required to operate the app.

Deletion

When a merchant uninstalls the app or Shopify sends a privacy webhook, we record the request and mark the shop for deletion or redaction according to Shopify requirements.
